Friday morning in Asia, the Canadian dollar extended its previous sessions' downtrend against its US counterpart. The loonie that closed yesterday's deals at 1.0592 against the greenback declined more than 0.3 percent to a 3-day low of 1.0637 by 9:05 pm ET. On the downside, the domestic dollar is likely to test support near the 1.073 level.
