(RTTNews) -
Bombings in eastern and southern Afghanistan killed three US soldiers. The soldiers who died were the members of NATO led International Security Assistance Force or IASF. Authorities said that the soldiers were killed in an improvised explosive device or IED attack in the area.
Separate attacks led by the Afghan and NATO forces, killed around 25 militants in southern province of Paktika. So far, around 420 soldiers including 250 soldiers from America and around 2,000 civilians were killed this year in various attacks in this area.
