(RTTNews) -  eBay Inc. (EBAY: News ) said that it is satisfied that the court rebuked Parfums Christian Dior request for €4 million in damages in the case related to the use of trademarks and buying keywords for search engines.

However, the decision flies in the face of the recent legal victory by eBay on appeal in Belgium in a similar action opposing eBay to Ralph Lauren, the company said.
The company said it is awaiting for the European Court of Justice to rule on adwords-related issues in the two Google cases referred to it in the near future.
