(RTTNews) -  CACI International Inc. (CACI: News ) reported that its first-quarter net income attributable to the company was $23.86 million or $0.78 per share, compared to $19.58 million or $0.64 per share in the same quarter last year. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.75 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

On a non-GAAP basis, cash earnings per share for the quarter was $1.20, compared to $1.04 last year.

Revenues for the quarter were $739.52 million, compared to $654.76 million in the prior year quarter. Fourteen analysts had consensus revenue estimate of $702.36 million for the quarter.

The company raised its fiscal 2010 revenue outlook to a range of $2.950 billion - $3.050 billion, from the prior range of $2.850 billion - $2.950 billion.
The company also raised its fiscal 2009 net income outlook to a range of $99.5 million - $105.6 million or $3.25 - $3.45 per share, from the prior outlook of $97.8 million - $103.9 million or $3.20 - $3.40 per share.

Analysts expect the company to report earnings of $3.34 per share on revenues of $2.91 billion for fiscal 2010.
