(RTTNews) -  Medicure Inc. (MPH.TO: News ) announced the appointment of Eric Johnstone as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective November 1.

Johnstone provides services to Medicure through a contract with Genesys Venture Inc., which provides a variety of administrative and management services to the company and other emerging Life Science and biotechnology ventures through an enhanced business incubator model.
Through agreements with GVI, Johnstone also serves as the Chief Financial Officer for three other publicly listed companies.
