Adjusted net income was $40.7 million or $0.16 per basic share compared to $123.0 million or $0.50 per basic share prior year.

On average, 14 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report profit of $0.16 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
Total revenues decreased to $227.25 million from $410.25 million last year. Analysts expected revenue of $237.09 million for the quarter.
