(RTTNews) -  DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. (DWA: News ) said its General Counsel, Katherine Kendrick, has decided to leave the company when her contract expires at the end of the year. Kendrick will be devoting her time to her ongoing work with a number of philanthropic organizations.

Kendrick currently serves on a number of non-profit boards, including the United States Olympic Foundation, Waterkeeper's Alliance and LA's BEST, as well as on advisory boards, including the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission, Kids Play International and Columbia University School of Law's Kernochan Center for Law, Media and the Arts.
