(RTTNews) -  Taleo Corp. (TLEO: News ) announced the pricing of its public offering of 6.50 million shares of Class A common stock at $20.25 per share. All of the shares in the offering are being offered by the company.

Taleo added that the underwriters have an option to purchase up to 975 thousand shares of Class A common stock solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
With Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. acting as joint book-running managers, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. is acting as co-manager for this offering.
