(RTTNews) -  Kohlberg Capital Corp. (KCAP: News ) announced that it has received a letter from Nasdaq Stock Market notifying that it is no longer in compliance with Listing Rule with respect to, Obligation to File Periodic Financial Reports, because the company did not timely file Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 with the SEC. The company has 60 calendar days, or until January 19, 2010, to submit to Nasdaq a plan to regain compliance.

The company stated that it intends by January 19, 2010 either to file Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2009 or to submit a plan to regain compliance.
