Republicans Crown Romney In Tampa
Hurricane Isaac delayed the proceedings by a day, but Republicans were in a sunny mood at the first day of this year's GOP Convention in Tampa. Nearly 50,000 visitors are in the Tampa Bay area for the event, including delegates, alternate delegates, media and other guests.
