Volume was light on Wall Street ahead of the 4th of July holiday. U.S factory orders posted a stronger than expected rebound in May, buoyed by orders for ships, boats and aircraft. June proved to be a strong month for US auto makers. Bob Diamond is out as CEO at Barclays. And Microsoft will occur a $6.2 billion charge.
