A better than expected jobs report is doing little to boost sentiment Thursday. The number of people filing for first time unemployment benefits fell to the lowest level since 2008 last week, coming in well below economist's estimates. A second report from the Labor Department showed a sharp drop in import & export prices in June. In corporate news, United Airlines will buy at least 100 new Boeing 737 airplanes. On the earnings front, Marriott and Supervalu are out with quarterly results.
