PA Judge Allows Voter ID Law To Stand

A state judge in Pennsylvania refused to grant injunction against the state's new voter ID law, saying it was non-discriminatory. On the campaign trail, the Mitt Romney camp reported a surge in donations following the announcement of Congressman Paul Ryan as Romney's chosen running mate. The battle over negative attack ads between the Romney and Obama camps continued. Meanwhile, there were no surprises in primary elections Tuesday in four states.
