Partisan Debate Precedes Health Reform Vote

Republicans and Democrats in the Senate traded political barbs Friday in advance of Saturday's vote on health care reform. The vote will be an early sign of support for the reform package introduced by Majority Leader Harry Reid. Elsewhere, the Senate Ethics Committee admonished Senator Roland Burris of Illinois and a new Gallup Poll showed President Obama's approval rating falling below 50 percent for the first time.
