George Strait sold out the final show of his upcoming farewell tour in less than an hour. The show is scheduled to take place in Arlington, Texas on June 7, and will cap off not only Strait's The Cowboy Rides Away tour, but also his touring career. "Wow. To see this response from the fans to our final show is humbling and exciting at the same time," Strait said in a presser.
Mick Jagger says he will appear on Concertina Jack, the upcoming studio album from his brother, Chris Jagger. "My brother Chris Jagger has a new album called Concertina Jack, & I'm singing on the title track," wrote Mick on his Twitter page. According to Chris, the album, his ninth solo effort since 1973, marks an anniversary for him.

Metallica have released the full slate of their 2014 "Metallica By Request" trek. The run allows fans who purchase tickets to cast votes for songs they wish to hear performed. Each performance will feature the top 17 vote getters, plus one new song chosen by the band.
