GlennFrey-101617.jpg Cindy Frey, the widow of the late Glenn Frey, has filed a wrongful death suit against Mount Sinai Hospital and the musician's gastroenterologist. The suit accuses physician Steven Itzkowitz of negligence and failing to properly treat and diagnose the musician. Cindy Frey is seeking unspecified damages for pain and suffering, and wrongful death.

"Just did Macca with Macca #walkinglegend," Bellamy posted to Instagram following the performance. "Helter Skelter" appears on the Beatles 1968 The White Album.

The run kicks off on April 19 at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan and concludes on June 9 in Toronto, Ontario. Speaking of the new release, his label Third Man Records noted: "It is expanding his musical palate with perhaps his most ambitious work thus far . . ."

Bentley co-wrote "Woman Amen" with Josh Kear and Ross Copperman. "I know I was saved the night that she gave this drifter's heart a home," he sings on the new track. "I feel like it all starts at home with my wife [Cassidy Black]."

Wilson chronicled the odd journey on his official Twitter. The story goes that he apparently submitted a composition for a music class in 1959 that received an "F" grade, which ended up as "Surfin'," the Beach Boys' first ever hit.

Wale-111417.jpg Wale has teased a new track with J. Cole. The former added a video to Instagram of the pair in the studio together but then the track was quickly deleted. In the video, Wale is spitting about the trappings of fame while Cole is behind the mixing desk. Cole had previously put Wale on blast on the 2016 track "False Prophets."

The release will be the first for the band since 2012's Away from the World and Matthews has made various comments about their progress on new music over the years. "I think we have some great music and some stuff that [drummer] Carter [Beauford] and I worked on that's added to the pile."

U21-080416.jpg U2 has confirmed plans for a string of European tour dates later this year. The run is set to kick off August 31 in Berlin at the Mercedes-Benz Arena and will continue through October 23 when they'll wrap the first of two U.K. dates in London at the O2. Tickets for the newly announced European shows are set to go on sale beginning January 26, while pre-sale tickets for subscribers to U2.
