A seven-member European Parliament delegation will observe the parliamentary elections in Moldova, to be held on 30 November.
Igor Soltes will lead the delegation, which also consists of Alberto Cirio, Andrzej Grzyb, Andi-Lucian Cristea, Soraya Post, Kristina Winberg and Konstantinos Papadakis.
