Colfax Closes Down After Issuing IPO

Colfax (CFX) issued its IPO at 9:45 am ET on Thursday morning at $22.50 a share. The stock slipped in waves throughout most of the morning before moving with uncertainty in the afternoon.
The stock finished down $1.50 at $21.00.
