Newly departed Paramore drummer Zac Farro has announced that he has a new band named Tunnel. Zac and his brother, guitarist Josh Farro, announced their split from Paramore over the weekend.
According to a new report from NME, Zac's new group is a two-piece featuring musician Jason Clark. The pair has offered up a free preview of debut single "Hide Your Eyes," which is currently streaming through various web outlets.
Remaining Paramore members Hayley Williams, Jeremy Davis and Taylor York have confimed that they will push on with the band and say they're not surprised at the Farros' departure.
"A couple of months ago, Josh and Zac let us know they would be leaving the band after our show in Orlando last Sunday. None of us were really shocked. For the last year it hasn't seemed as if they wanted to be around anymore. We want Josh and Zac to do something that makes them happy and if that isn't here with us, then we support them finding happiness elsewhere," the band wrote on its official website.
