Mahindra Satyam BPO, an end-to-end outsourcing service unit of Mahindra Satyam, said that it has been honored as "India's Most Customer Responsive BPO Company" at the 'AGC Networks Customer Responsiveness Awards 2010', in Mumbai on April 30.
Based on a robust methodology spanning over three months, involving an online poll, customer interviews and a jury meeting, the award carries tremendous credibility, and is one of the most coveted in India Inc, Mahindra Satyam said in a statement.
Nominated organizations were evaluated on parameters such as responsiveness, intelligence generation and dissemination, customer education, top management emphasis, innovation, learning and technology enabling customer-responsiveness.
