Blackbaud Inc. (BLKB: Quote) reported fourth quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.27 after the bell Wednesday, compared to $0.25 in the prior year period.
Blackbaud gapped open sharply lower Thursday and has spiked to the downside in early trade. The stock is now down 6.86 at $25.14 and has fallen to a 4-month low. Blackbaud has also dropped below both its 50 and 200-day moving averages.
