Luminex Corp. (LMNX) announced Tuesday morning that it has extended its global sales and distribution agreement with Bio-Rad Laboratories (BIO) to 2023. Luminex has also granted Bio-Rad global sales and distribution rights for Luminex's MAGPIX multiplexing instrument.
Bio-Rad Laboratories has been rising sharply since the open of trade Tuesday and is now up 11.54 at $114.46 on above average volume. The stock has surged to an 8-month high.
