TESARO Prices IPO At Mid-point Of Range

TESARO, Inc. said Wednesday that it has priced its initial public offering of 6 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $13.50 per share, which is the mid-point of its estimated range of $12.00 and $15.00 per share.

All of the shares of common stock are being offered by TESARO. In addition, TESARO has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

The shares of TESARO's common stock have been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Global Select Market and are expected to begin trading Thursday, June 28, under the symbol "TSRO." The offering is expected to close on July 3.

Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and Leerink Swann are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. BMO Capital Markets and Baird are acting as co-managers for the offering.

NASA's Cassini spacecraft, now exploring Saturn, will take a picture of Earth from a distance of hundreds of millions of miles on July 19.
