The Killers have announced that their latest album, Battle Born will hit shelves on September 17. The album's first single, "Runaways," has debuted on BBC Radio 1 on June 10.
"In a sense, all Americans are battle born. Our ancestors came here for something better," frontman Brandon Flowers explained to NME of the title last month.
Drummer Ronnie Vannucci added: "It's living up to its title. This is our difficult fourth record."
The album, the group's first in over four years, has a cast of high-profile producers including Madonna collaborator Stuart Price, Steve Lillywhite, Damian Taylor and Brendan O'Brien.
Expect a support tour from the Killers in the coming months, the dates of which have yet to be announced. Meanwhile, the band makes their U.K. live return at V Festival in August, headlining alongside the Stone Roses.
