Fusion-io Inc. (FIO: Quote) reported fourth quarter non-GAAP net income of $0.09 per share after the close Thursday, down from $0.15 per share in the previous year.
Fusion-io has gapped open sharply higher Friday morning and is now up 5.48 at $26.50. The stock has broken out to over a 3-month high and has re-crossed its 200-day moving average.
