LL Cool J's intruder has just appeared in court. After breaking into the rapper/actor's home last week, and receiving a beat down for his efforts, Jonathan Kirby, 56, is now sporting two black eyes, a broken nose and a broken jaw.
Officials believe that Kirby may be suffering from mental issues, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
Kirby pleaded "not guilty" to 1st degree burglary with a person present. An L.A. County District Attorney has charged Kirby as a third strike offender, which could mean life in prison for Kirby if he is convicted. Bail has been set at $ 1.1 million, and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for next month.
LL Cool J is now playing a street kid-turned-police officer, Sam Hanna in the popular series NCIS Los Angeles.
