Earnings Watch For Feb 5 (CSC,K, TTWO, DIS, ZNGA)

Cereal maker Kellogg Co. (K) is expected to report results for the fourth quarter before the markets open. The company is expected to earn $0.66 per share on revenues of $3.44 billion. In the prior-year quarter, the Battle Creek, Michigan-based company reported earnings of $0.64 per share on revenues of $3.02 billion. The shares closed Monday at $58.10. (52-wk H/L $59.00/$46.33)

Information technology services provider Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) will report its third quarter results today. The Falls Church, Virginia-based company is expected to post earnings of $0.58 per share, a sharp decline from $1.35 per share last year. Revenues are anticipated at $3.69 billion, down from last year's $3.97 billion. The stock closed Monday's regular trading at $41.91. (52-wk H/L $43.00/$22.19)

Video-game publisher Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. (TTWO) is due to post its third quarter results. Quarterly earnings are expected to surge to $0.54 per share from $0.27 per share reported a year earlier, while revenues are anticipated at $361.94 million, up from $236.32 million last year. Shares of TTWO closed Monday's trade at $12.51. (52-wk H/L $16.37/$7.37)

Diversified media and entertainment conglomerate Walt Disney Co. (DIS) is slated to report first quarter results. The Burbank, California-based company's earnings are expected to decline to $0.76 per share from the prior year's $0.80 per share. Besides, the company is anticipated to record revenues of $11.21 billion, up from $10.78 billion last year. The stock closed Monday at $53.90. (52-wk H/L $54.87/$40.20).

San Francisco, California-based Zynga Inc. (ZNGA) is scheduled to report fourth quarter results after the close of trading. The online social games developer is expected to report a loss of $0.03 per share compared to a profit of $0.05 per share last year, on revenues of $212.11 million. The company's shares closed Monday's session at $2.56. (52-wk H/L $15.91/$2.09)
