Oppenheimer upgraded its rating on shares of ViaSat Inc. (VSAT) Thursday to "Outperform" from "Perform."
ViaSat gapped up at the open Thursday and climbed for the majority of the afternoon. The stock ended the day higher by 5.94 at $56.52 on above average volume. ViaSat surged past resistance and set a new high for the year.
