NBC sources have reportedly confirmed that Fred Armisen is planning to part ways with "Saturday Night Live" at the end of this season. Rumors are also swirling that fellow cast mate Jason Sudeikis is also planning his departure. The news follows shortly after the announcement that Bill Hader will leave the show at the end of this season along with Seth Myers, who is leaving as well.

The plot centers on a childless baker and his wife as they attempt to lift a family curse.
Over $1 million dollars of jewelry to be loaned to celebrities at the Cannes Film Festival have been stolen from a safe in the Novotel Hotel room, reports the BBC. The safe was in the room of an employee of Chopard, a Swiss jeweler, which is also one of the festival's sponsors. The theft went down on Thursday night, just as the fest was getting under way, according to Reuters.
Candice Glover is the champion of "American Idol" season 12. The soaring songstress took home the prize after competing on the talent show three times. "I can't even -- oh my God. Popular video game "Angry Birds" will be coming to a big screen near you in July 2016 as Sony has announced that they have acquired the worldwide rights to the ubiquitous game franchise. Catalina Denis ("Sleepless Night," "The Tunnel") has been tabbed for the female lead opposite Paul Walker in the upcoming film "Brick Mansions." The film, a remake of the Luc Besson French action movie "District B13," sees Walker play an undercover cop who is tasked with going into a tenement named Brick Mansions in order to disarm a neutron bomb possessed by the community's drug warlord (RZA).
