(FLR) is scheduled to release its third-quarter results after the market closes Monday, with analysts forecasting earnings of $0.90 per share on revenues of $5.49 billion. In mid-August, the company said it maintained its 2009 earnings guidance of $3.80 - $4.10 per share. Analysts currently expect the company to post earnings of $3.85 per share for the full year 2009.
Bond insurer MBIA Inc. (MBI) will announce its third-quarter results after the market closes on November 9, as analysts are projecting a loss of $1.05 per share. In the previous quarter, the company earned $894.7 million or $4.30 per share, on revenues of $992.1 million.
Industrial automation solutions provider Rockwell Automation Inc. (ROK) is set to report its fourth-quarter results before the market opens Monday, with analysts expecting earnings of $0.27 per share, on revenues of $1.05 billion. Recently, the company reaffirmed its fiscal 2009 earnings forecast of $1.40 - $1.70 per share, excluding restructuring charges.
For Sempra Energy (SRE), analysts are expecting earnings of $1.19 per share, on revenues of $2.16 billion for the third quarter. The results are due to be released on November 9 at 9:00 am ET. While reporting second-quarter numbers, the company had reaffirmed its 2009 earnings-per-share guidance range of $4.35 - $4.60.
Oil refiner Tesoro Corp. (TSO) will announce its third-quarter results before the market opens Monday, with analysts projecting earnings of $0.01 per share on revenues of $4.71 billion.
Telecommunications services provider Windstream Communications (WIN) is slated to report third-quarter results on November 9, with analysts forecasting earnings of $0.21 per share on revenues of $747.03 million.

Hewitt Associates Inc. (HEW), a provider of human resource benefits, outsourcing, and consulting services, is scheduled to release fourth-quarter results before the market opens on November 10, with analysts projecting earnings of $0.63 per share on revenues of $754.00 million. Earlier in August, the company said it expects low-to mid-single digit percentage decline in consolidated net revenue for the fiscal 2009, unchanged from prior guidance. The company raised its full-year earnings per share outlook range to $2.55 - $2.65 from prior range of $2.45 - $2.55.
Beazer Homes USA Inc. (BZH), Pan American Silver (PAAS), Qiagen N.V. (QGEN), Randgold Resources Ltd. (GOLD), Vodafone Group Plc (VOD) will also report their quarterly results Tuesday.

According to the Street analysts, Applied Materials (AMAT) is expected to report earnings of $0.03 per share, on revenues of $1.31 billion, for the fourth quarter, for which the results are set to be released Wednesday. Applied Materials projects fourth-quarter earnings to range between $0.00 and $0.04 per share., with net sales estimated to grow 10% - 20% sequentially.
Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) will sign in from IT sector to release its second-quarter results at 4:10 pm ET on November 11, as analysts are projecting earnings of $1.35 per share on revenues of $4.01 billion.
Wednesday's earnings slate holds some important names, including Macy's Inc. (M), Progressive Corp. (PGR), Advance Auto Parts (AAP), Flowers Foods (FLO).

Kohl's Corp. (KSS) is scheduled to release its quarterly report Thursday at 7:00 am ET, with analysts forecasting earnings of $0.61 per share on revenues of $4.00 billion.
Fashion specialty retailer Nordstrom (JWN) will issue forth its third-quarter results after the market closes on November 12. Analysts are projecting earnings of $0.37 per share on revenues of $1.81 billion. Preliminary third-quarter total retail sales totaled $1.87 billion, up 3.5% from $1.80 billion for the previous year. While reporting second-quarter results, the company raised its fiscal 2009 earnings outlook to a range of $1.50 - $1.65 per share from its prior range of $1.25 - $1.50 per share.
Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT), considered a bellwether for the industry, is slated to announce its third-quarter results Thursday, with analysts forecasting earnings of $0.81 per share, on revenues of $99.82 billion. Earlier in August, retail giant said it expects third-quarter earnings from continuing operations between $0.78 and $0.82 per share, including a negative impact of three cents from currency exchange rates. For fiscal year 2010, Wal-Mart revised its guidance, currently expecting earnings from continuing operations of $3.50 - $3.60 per share, compared to the prior forecast of $3.45 - $3.60 per share.
Diversified media and entertainment company Walt Disney Co. (DIS) is set to release its fourth-quarter results at 4:01 pm ET on Thursday, as analysts are forecasting earnings of $0.40 per share on revenues of $9.26 billion.
Among other firms expected to report are AmBev - Companhia de Bebidas Das Americas (ABV), BCE Inc (BCE), Blockbuster Inc. (BBI), EnCana Corp. (ECA), Gammon Gold Inc. (GRS), Repsol YPF (REP), Telefonica S.A (TEF), Urban Outfitters (URBN).

Casual apparel retailer Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (ANF) witnessed a 15% decline in third-quarter net sales totaling $765.5 million compared to $896.3 million a year ago. The third-quarter results are due to be released before the market opens Friday, with analysts expecting earnings of $0.20 per share on revenues of $763.41 million.
For electronics testing equipment maker Agilent Technologies Inc. (A), analysts are expecting earnings of $0.23 per share on revenues of $1.11 billion for the fourth quarter. The quarterly results are scheduled to be announced before the market opens Friday. Agilent expects fourth-quarter adjusted earnings in the range of $0.20 - $0.25 per share and revenues to improve seasonally.
JCPenney Co. Inc. (JCP) last week said it expects third-quarter earnings between $0.10 and $0.11 per share, including a charge of about $0.03 per share, primarily related to non-recurring real estate impairments, compared to its prior forecast of $0.03 - $0.10 per share. The third-quarter results are scheduled to be released on November 13, for which analysts are expecting earnings of $0.12 per share on revenues of $4.17 billion. On November 5, JCP reported a 3.2% decline in total sales to $4.18 billion for the third quarter, versus $4.32 billion posted in the previous year.
