Georgia Power Signs Green Energy Contract With Robins Air Force Base - Quick Facts

Georgia Power, the largest subsidiary of Southern Co (SO), stated that it recently signed a two-year contract with Robins Air Force Base to increase the amount of renewable energy the base will use.

Robins AFB will purchase 5% of the base's annual kilowatt-hour consumption, or more than 16 million kilowatt-hours, of Green Energy annually.
