Jennifer Hudson has announced that she will once again collaborate with production team Stargate for her next album, which will be released sometime this year.
The team worked with Hudson on her hit single, "Spotlight," which reached number one on the Billboard Hot R&B Song chart and earned her a Grammy nomination for Best R&B Song.
In a recent interview, singer/songwriter Ne-Yo also confirmed that he is writing music for the album.
"I'm pretty good at writing personal records . . ." he told E! Online last September. "It starts with her idea and her thoughts."
"She's gone through a lot over the last year, so she has a lot to talk about," he added. "She's definitely gotten stronger. The things that she's gone through and for her to still be upbeat and happy, it's amazing," Ne-Yo added.
