Manhattan Associates Inc. (MANH) reported fourth-quarter GAAP net income of $10.53 million or $0.50 per share, up from $6.45 million or $0.29 in the fourth quarter of 2010.
Adjusted earnings per share were $0.60 in the fourth quarter of 2011, compared to $0.38 in the fourth quarter of 2010.
Consolidated total revenue for the fourth quarter of 2011 was $83.5 million, compared to $71.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2010.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.49 per share on revenues of $84.56 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
For fiscal 2012, the company expects GAAP earnings to be in the range of $2.22 - $2.27 per share, adjusted earnings of $2.50 - $2.55 per share, and total revenue of $363 million - $370 million. Analysts expect the company to report earnings of $2.40 per share on revenues of $367.46 million for fiscal 2012.
