Ship Finance Int'l CFO Resigns; Names Harald Gurvin New Finance Chief

Ship owning company Ship Finance International Limited (SFL) announced Monday that Harald Gurvin will succeed the company's Chief Financial Officer Eirik Eide, who will be resigning in the second quarter of 2012 to join another company.

Prior to joining Ship Finance, Gurvin, who is currently the Senior Vice President of Ship Finance Management, worked with the global shipping group of Fortis Bank for seven years.

Frozen Food Development is recalling specific lots of Lidl branded 12-ounce packages of Frozen Chopped Spinach citing the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said.
