LeAnn Rimes revealed the title of her new album in a tweet she recently addressed to Miranda Lambert.
In the exchange between the two, Lambert first tweeted: "@leannrimes always tweets stuff that makes me think. Who runs the world . . . . GULZ! (girls in a dramatic British accent)!:)"
The two country starlets kept the micro-correspondence going back and forth, while also hinting that they might collaborate together. Eventually Rimes came clean with the info on her new album, though, tweeting:
"Dang straight. "My new album is called "Spitfire" as in "You make me want to spit fire" so, I see us GURLZZZZ starting some heat . . . together soon. Let's make it happen. xoxo"
Rimes is currently in the final stages of recording her new album, Spitfire, the follow-up to Lady and Gentlemen. Spitfire is due out later this year.
