Wal-Mart Stores (WMT) climbed around midday Wednesday and extended its gains late in the afternoon. The stock ended the session higher by 0.85 at $64.58.
Wal-Mart Stores has been gaining ground for the past week and closed Wednesday at its third consecutive new high for the year.
