Innophos Holdings, Inc. (IPHS) Tuesday said it has completed acquisition of AMT Labs, Inc.
Under the terms of transaction, Innophos, Inc., purchased all AMT real property, including unused land and buildings to support future expansion, for an all cash offer of $27 million.
The acquisition is expected to be accretive to 2012 results.
