GEA Group AG (GEAGY.PK,GEAGF.PK) announced that its Supervisory Board appointed Markus Hüllmann (44), hitherto Segment President of Segment GEA Mechanical Equipment, as member of its Executive Board effective April 1, 2013. He is to succeed Niels Graugaard (65) who is retiring after the next Annual General Meeting which will take place on April 18, 2013.
Markus Hüllmann,joined former Westfalia Separator AG in 1995. After successful assignments on behalf of GEA Group, mainly in the areas of sales and engineering in Germany and overseas and several years' experience as manager of a business unit, he has been at the helm of Segment GEA Mechanical Equipment as Segment President since 2010 with outstanding success.
For a transition period of 1-2 years, in addition to his new role as member of the Executive Board, Markus Hüllmann will continue to lead the Segment GEA Mechanical Equipment, the company said.
