MphaSis Acquires Digital Risk

MphaSis Ltd. said it had completed the acquisition of Florida-based Digital Risk LLC., through its wholly-owned subsidiary.

Consequent to this acquisition, Digital Risk and its subsidiaries became the wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company.

At the BSE, MphaSis shares are currently trading at Rs.353.65, up 1.67 percent from the previous close.
