National Retail Properties Prices $350 Mln Senior Notes Offering

National Retail Properties, Inc. (NNN) said Tuesday that it has priced its public offering of $350 million of 3.30% senior unsecured notes due April 15, 2023.

The notes were offered at 99.259% of the principal amount with a yield to maturity of 3.388%.

The offering is expected to close on April 15.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding indebtedness under its credit facility, to fund future property acquisitions and for general corporate purposes.
