Taminco Corp. said Wednesday its initial public offering of about 15.79 million shares of common stock at a price to the public of $15.00 per share, which is below its previously estimated range of $18.00 to $20.00 per share.
The company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to about 2.37 million additional shares at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions.
The company's common stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "TAM" on April 18.
The offering is expected to close on April 23.
