Singapore is on Tuesday scheduled to release March figures for inflation, highlighting a light day in Asia-Pacific economic activity.

Australia will see February results for the Conference Board's leading and coincident indexes; in January, they were up 0.2 percent and 0.1 percent, respectively.

China will release April's reading for its manufacturing PMI; in March, it saw a score of 51.6.
