George Jones' funeral, which was held at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, will be televised on CMT on Thursday, May 2 at 9 AM EST.
Fans can tune in to see their favorite celebs perform at the event including Alan Jackson, Brad Paisley, Kenny Chesney, Kid Rock, Ronnie Milsap, Vince Gill, Charlie Daniels and Randy Travis. The network's Cody Alan and Katie Cook host.
The service, which was open to the public, was held on Wednesday, May 1. A private visitation for family, friends and fellow performers was held afterward.
"George would have wanted his fans and friends to be able to come and pay their respects along with his family," publicist Kirt Webster said in announcing the decision Sunday. Jones had been a member of the Grand Ole Opry since 1956.
