Jennifer Lopez has dropped the track "Live It Up" featuring Pitbull.
The song—which is her first single from her upcoming tenth album—features production by RedOne and bilingual verses from Pitbull. Lopez explained how the songs on her new album would be released while chatting with a New York City radio station: "I think we're going to release this first and then a few singles and then we'll decide when to put the album out. The way the industry is going . . . I'm more a believer of letting it gain momentum. Let there be demand for the album by putting out some great music first."
Lopez shot a video for the song in Miami recently, which featured model/actress Eva Marcille and director Jessy Terrero. Gunshots—later attributed to the sound effects of the shoot—were reported to have been heard during the filming.
Lopez's tenth album will feature collaboration with Chris Brown and Future.
