Modine Manufacturing Co. (MOD) Thursday said Gary Neale will retire as the Chairman of its Board of Directors following the annual meeting of the shareholders to be held on July 18.
Marsha Williams has been elected to serve as an independent Lead Director, effective upon Neale's retirement. Williams is currently Chairman of the board's Officer Nomination and Compensation Committee.
Williams previously served as SVP and CFO of Orbitz Worldwide. Williams has also held senior executive positions at Equity Office Properties Trust, Crate and Barrel, Amoco Corp., Carson Pirie Scott & Co. and The First National Bank of Chicago.
She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Chicago Bridge & Iron Co. N.V., Fifth Third Bancorp and Davis Funds.
