Five gang members from New York have recently all pleaded guilty to cocaine trafficking charges.

Media sources report, the four men and one woman were part of "Camp Street Members" that operated in Buffalo, the second most populous city in New York.

A local U.S. Attorney announced on Tuesday that Tramell McGee, Kevin Battles, Jerome Brown, Terrell Moore and Nikita Burt all plead guilty to cocaine trafficking charges. They were all arrested as well as five other members in June 2011.

Local television station WIVB reports, McGee was allegedly the leader of the gang. He reportedly redistributed the cocaine he obtained, to gang members who resold the drug as "crack cocaine" in the Buffalo area, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

The assumed leader, McGee and Burt face a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison while Battle, Brown and Moore face a maximum penalty of 20 years behind bars.
