For the half year, loss before taxation totaled 0.2 million pounds versus a profit of 5.10 million pounds during the same period prior year.
The company's revenue for the period grew to 8.1 million pounds from previous year's 7.75 million pounds.
Net property income for latest period was 6.6 million pounds, before financing and overheads, compared with 6.3 million pounds posted year ago.
