Despite swirling rumors, former American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson says she will not be joining to the judges' table on the same show that made her a star.
Clarkson's rep, speaking with the Hollywood Reporter, denied that she would be a part of the rumored revamped panel including Jennifer Hudson and possibly Clay Aiken and Adam Lambert.
The news comes as FOX network bosses are scrambling to fix the once-dominant TV juggernaut. The disappointing season 12 finale saw a 33 percent drop in viewers compared to last year.
Veteran judge Randy Jackson has already announced that he is leaving the series, and reports suggest that Nicki Minaj won't be returning. The futures of fellow judges Mariah Carey and Keith Urban are also uncertain at this point.
