Miranda Lambert Wins CMT Performance Of The Year

Miranda Lambert's performance of "Over You" at the 2012 CMT Artists of the Year show took home the 2013 CMT Music Award for Performance of the Year.

"This is great," Lambert said during her acceptance speech. "I didn't even know I was going to be up for that award. It's awesome to be at an Artist of the Year performance. Amazing performances."

"I got to sing 'Over You,' which is such a special song to me. I want to say thanks to my husband [Blake Shelton] who's a co-writer on that song. I appreciate you guys so much."

In addition to taking home the prestigious award, Lambert also took to the stage to perform her current single, "Mama's Broken Heart."
