Megadeth has released the band's fourteenth studio effort, Super Collider. The album officially dropped on June 4 and it is the band's first release on Dave Mustaine's own label Tradecraft following the band's split from Road Runner.
"I think Megadeth is a very unique musical outfit and [we've] stood the test of time. We're almost 30 years old and we're still relevant, [and] we're still making good records," Mustaine said of the new release.
He also spoke on the launch of his new label, saying it'll be a boon for metal bands worldwide.
"We have worked with some great people over the years, and it is amazing to see so many of them on the Universal team for our new record, Super Collider," he said. "If Megadeth being here isn't satiating enough, having Tradecraft as my own label is going to be really amazing for metal bands around the world."
